We currently deliver within the UK only (excluding Jersey and Guernsey). If you would like to place an order to be delivered outside of the UK please contact us.
Standard Delivery on Tiles -This service is a flat rate £49.99 or FREE on orders of £500 and over
Estimated Delivery up to 5 working days.
Standard delivery on Splashbacks – This service is a flat rate £19.99
Estimated Delivery up to 10 working days.

• A signature is required on ALL deliveries – please choose a delivery address where you will be available to sign for your order
• If you are not available at your delivery address, the courier may leave a calling card and you can re-arrange delivery directly with the courier
Please note
All orders are delivered to kerbside or doorstep depending on the size of the order, larger orders will be delivered on a pallet and will always be delivered to kerbside. Our couriers will not deliver your order to your room of choice.

Kerbside service deliveries will be delivered to the nearest accessible location and will be on a lorry, therefore if your property has restricted access please let us know at the time of ordering via the delivery restrictions comments box. Hazards or obstructions e.g. steps, lifts, uneven or gravel paths/driveways may necessitate the delivery being made to an alternative location nearest to the delivery vehicle. Goods will not be broken down or discharged by the driver. Take caution when removing all packaging to avoid damages and injury. Please assess the weight of the boxes as tiles can be heavy, precautions may need to be made.

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied this page details how to arrange a return. Please read our terms and conditions for full returns terms.
All tiles must be returned un-used, in the original packaging and in perfect re-saleable condition within 28 days of delivery. To arrange a return please contact our Customer Services team on 01637 879188 or email , there is a charge which is payable by you the customer. The cost of the collection will be deducted from the total refundable amount of the product being returned. There will also be a restocking charge of up to 35% which will also be deducted from your refund.
Returns collections will be made at the original delivery address of the order and someone must be present to sign for the collection.
We aim to process all returns and refunds within as quickly as possible following receipt.
Please be aware that refunds can take between 7 to 10 working days to appear back in the account used to pay for your order. Original delivery costs are non-refundable.


If you find any items in your delivery to be damaged you must contact us immediately, all damages must be reported to us within 3 days of the delivery date, unfortunately we are unable to look into damages if they are reported more than 3 days after the delivery date. Please contact us for further information or to report any damages.
